Delivery Schedule
All orders are despatched from stock via First Class Royal Mail either Recorded or Standard delivery, which means 90% of orders are delivered next day or usually within two days of posting. If you order an item that is unfortunately out of stock you will be advised by our sales staff within 24hrs and have the option to a full refund if required.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you should order something in error we will gladly give you a refund within 60 days of your purchase via Paypal on receipt of returned item/s in the same condition in which they were despatched, minus an appropriate amount (Usually between £3 and £4.50) to cover our P&P costs. 
Should we despatch an incorrect item to your order, then we shall incure the cost of return postage and obviously any associated costs in despatching the correct item ordered.

Privacy Policy
Please be advised that we do not store or pass on to a third party any personal information gathered on our website. We do not collect any financial details as these are all handled via Paypals secure servers. Any Credit Card Details taken for payment over the phone are destroyed in a controlled manner i.e Shredded with care.
